Restaurant Heiderand in Dresden

We had the New Years Eve menu for 2 people. Deliveries were made to the Neustadt. It was immediately apparent that the work here is done with great attention to detail. In spite of the circumstances of the delivery, all dishes were presented very attractively and, thanks to the thermobox, could also be enjoyed warm. On delivery we received a detailed explanation of the menu and were perfectly attuned to the evening. The selection of dishes was very balanced, from traditional cuisine to daring combinations, everything was included and we were not only surprised in terms of taste once. We found the total price of 130 € for a 9 (!) - course menu including a good bottle of white wine + small bottle of champagne to be very appropriate, especially since the portions were meant to be very nice and probably would have made three people very happy. Unfortunately, so far we have only been able to test the delivery service, but we look forward to stopping by the restaurant at the next opportunity.

The delivery service works sensationally and we don't have to go without the delicious food during the lockdown. The order via the chic website works without any problems.

Just terrific! We picked up our New Year's Eve menu for 3 people as take-away and were more than convinced. Great, tasty creations that are also something for the eye. We would love to come back anytime.

We ordered goose to be picked up - the portion was big enough and tasty, but the price of 25.50 euros / portion plus 0.50 euros for the packaging really shocked us. This is def. too expensive. If this price is justified with the chestnuts that were there, then I am happy to forego it. We will order the next goose meal somewhere else.

Yesterday, depending on the situation, tested the delivery service and we were absolutely delighted with the quality of the food. For out-of-home service, the main courses were still pleasantly warm and attractively presented. We very much hope that we will soon be able to enjoy the food on site.

Very nice ambience, modern and yet you can feel the old days, a music concept would be necessary and would improve the atmosphere, all dishes were excellent, very good price-performance ratio for the dishes, wines very exquisite and very good but correspondingly price-intensive, a cheaper house wine would be Perhaps there is a complement, service very attentive and friendly Thank you for the lovely evening!!!

We went to Heiderand today to agree on our wedding. Of course we had to enjoy a test dinner here too! We were warmly welcomed, the agreement went like an agreement must go :) We ordered 3 courses and the home-baked cake. The dishes are very seasonal and sophisticated (Gault-Millau says hello ?!) After my first visit I have to say: For me it is already one of the best restaurants in Dresden. Very attentive service and a pleasantly friendly atmosphere for a good evening with friends, business partners or family. Above all, I was impressed by the high-quality German-Polish cuisine, which is reduced to the essentials and focuses on the quality and character of the components - at a fair price. At this point still an insider tip, just for how much longer?

Perfect dinner for two ... - Modern, stylish and yet cozy furnishings - First-class, relaxed and yet positive, attentive service that briefly explains each dish when it is served - Prepared meals at the absolute top level - Dishes characterized by very good basic components which are arranged very appropriately - Very good presentation of the dishes without being too fussy - good selection of wines (including open wines) - Price / offer: Very good! Two little hints (whining on a high level): - unfortunately only one vegetarian main course on the menu - Unfortunately, espresso brewed with too much water (it was more of a coffee .. :-) Conclusion: We will definitely be back and are happy to have found this culinary pearl .. :-)

After a long time eating again in the Heiderand. Great and modern dining room. Super Service. But the food tops everything. Delicious and not run-of-the-mill. Come again. I wish you success.

Absolutely enthusiastic about the quality of the food, furnishings and hospitality - plus a monthly changing menu. The generation change has been more than successful here ... we will definitely come back regularly!

Simply sensational! The food impresses with its fresh and regional products, modernity, creativity and tasty quality. The chef can do something and his passion comes across honestly on the plate. So also with the service staff. This gives its best and you feel completely hearted. Here everything meets perfectly in harmony - taste, price-performance ratio, ambience & service. And the highlight: a monthly changing menu. There really is something for everyone here. Absolute culinary recommendation!

On our last evening in Dresden we were in this restaurant. And we were thrilled. Fresh, young cuisine takes place here. What we were looking for all the time in Dresden. We had a white tomato soup and a char tartare as starters. In the main course we had a chanterelle risotto with fried apricots, and a pork knuckle served with an outstanding kohlrabi and ginger vegetable. Everything was very nicely arranged and a grenade in taste. At the end we had homemade ice cream. We liked the sea buckthorn ice the best. Hopefully the Heiderand Dresden will be preserved for a long time. We need a lot more such catering establishments.
